What we collect

The website does not ask for registration or passwords. The quote list you build is stored only on your own device, in your browser's storage. When you tap a WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp, and we receive your number and the messages you send.

Visit statistics

We may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand in aggregate which pages and products are viewed most. These tools use cookies or browser identifiers and do not show us who you are.

How we use it

To answer quote requests, provide the services you hire, arrange pickup and delivery, and improve the website. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Who we share it with

With the providers needed for the website and our service to work: Google (hosting and analytics) and Meta (WhatsApp), as well as carriers when there is a delivery. Each follows its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Retention and security

We keep conversations and quote data for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and tax obligations. The website uses a secure connection (https).
